Nice bit of kit. Would be good if battery was replaceable

I was kindly sent this product aa a gift by KT Tape by surprise. I was sceptical of the product, however my Mum has been using this on her arthritic knee and has been blown away by how much this has helped. It has significantly reduced the swelling she had and has also massively reduced the pain she was experiencing. I am now ordering 3 more, it was that good!

It’s a real shame to mark this product a 2/5 but I can not justify any higher when the battery of the product only lasted 85 hours before the on/off button did not work and the product intermittently would self turn on/off for a few hours here and there.

The wave worked so well in reducing the pain in my calf that had popped during a run. I could walk pain free! The first 3 days of applying the machine for the recommended usage were fine. I then reapplied it for a fourth day and that’s the max life that I got from it. That evening the machine wouldn’t turn on/off at the switch and I awoke the next morning with the green light on whilst it was on the bedside unit! Then it had turned itself off by the time I’d made a coffee and returned to reapply.

It is a great product for pain relief. But there’s no way I would spend £30 on this for the limited lifespan. Especially when I was led to believe that I would get 10 days (250hrs) use out of it.

Had hoped it would be as helpful as a tens machine. Nope. Noticed zero difference in pain. £30 wasted. The tape helps - the wave didn't. It was worth a try and may help others, but not me in this instance.

I have enjoyed a great deal of pain relief from this gadget. The only I have against it, is that it is quite bright on your body at night!
