    Great Product

    I was looking for a product to help me prevent getting blisters. I always getting them whether I'm wearing shoes or trainers. After doing a search in Google for such an item, I came across your website. I found exactly what I was looking for, and they work fantastic, and are also great value for money. I've recommended them to a friend, and I will be definitely be buying them again.

    Works really well

    I'm a great fan of this blister prevention tape. I use it any time I'm hiking, as I know I have some blister-prone spots, especially on my heels. It's got me through the West Highland Way, the Great Glen Way and miles of long-distance dog walks without blisters. I wouldn't (willingly) be without it.

    Didn't work for me sadly

    I found the tape to be too thin, meaning I needed 2 or 3 straps per arch just to even stop a blister. They weren't as adhesive as I'd hoped either and found 1 alone slid within my shoe. A shame because I normally love KT products.

    Wouldn't buy again - didn't stay on longer than a few minutes

    I bought this thinking it would be the perfect solution to blisters. Before i'd even put my socks on it had lost its sticky and peeled off. Completely useless.

    Handling Tape

    Remove paper without handling adhesive.

    WARNING: If you have sensitive skin, or the PRO EXTREME™ version, or if you experience difficulty or discomfort when removing, follow instructions below for SENSITIVE SKIN OR STRONG ADHESIVE tape removal and discontinue use.     TAPE REMOVAL

    Begin by peeling tape up at a corner. Hold skin down where tape is being pulled off with one hand while gently pulling tape up with the other hand. Remove slowly.

    FOR SENSITIVE SKIN OR STRONG ADHESIVE

    In cases of sensitive skin or when the tape is difficult to remove, rub baby oil or olive oil into the top of the tape to help break down the adhesive. Wait five minutes and then slowly remove.
